Please include your resume as well.     Sales Manager Job Description Manages sales of company’s products and services. Ensures consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of established sales plan. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.   Detail of Function:

  • Develop advertising schedule / plan
  • Perform sales activities on accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with President / Management
  • Develop, train and manage sales support team
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
  • With President / Management formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
  • Collaborate with President / Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Collaborates with President / Management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade shows.

  This position reports directly to the Owner of the company.   Qualifications: A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred: or a minimum of five years of related experience.   A strong ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills.   Compensation: Base + Commission
