Territory Sales Representatives

We are looking for qualified and established hydroponics industry sales representatives for a variety of client companies throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

· Develop existing accounts and strengthen client retention

· Prospect new accounts

· Accountable for all elements of the sales process from lead developments to close

· Create sales plans for specified territory

·  Work hand-in-hand with customers on Q and A concerning cultivation

· Communicate effectively showing in-depth product knowledge

· Develop strong working relationship with marketing and customer support teams

· Keep detailed records of prospecting, leads, and sales

· Represent company at trade shows

· Explain the benefits of nutrients and/or equipment

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the horticulture, lighting, equipment, or nutrients
  • Employment experience in a hydroponics retail setting
  • BA in biology, horticulture, or similar field strongly desired
  • Familiarity with basic computer software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Articulate yet persuasive communication skills
  • Passion for horticulture, hydroponics, indoor gardening
  • Pre-established sales network and territory
