We are seeking an energetic and relationship-building sales leader with a track record of sales success in the grocery and retail markets. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Establish and retain customer base in grocery businesses
Manage full sales cycles
Manage grocery prospects and customer meetings
Forecast new business opportunities
Work with marketing managers on a regular basis
Understand the product line well
Attend industry events and tradeshows

Qualifications:

BA in business or like subject preferred
5yrs of experience of grocery B2B sales
Knowledge and success in grocer business: distributors and wholesalers
Strong negotiation skills
Understands retail structure
Excellent communications and closing skills
Team Player with positive attitude
MS office, word, excel, PowerPoint
